Fever-Tree Refreshingly Light Mediterranean Tonic Water was chosen as the perfect pairing as its herbaceous flavours complement Bluff Gin's bold juniper and coriander notes and gives a slight citrus uplift to this classic dry style gin while being lower in sugar.

By blending the essential oils from herbs that they have gathered from around the Mediterranean shores with highest-quality quinine from the 'fever trees' of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Fever-Tree have created a delicate, floral tonic water.

Parched Dehydrated Lemon Slices

These all-natural dehydrated lemon rounds are a great garnish as they still carry the fruit flavour and elevate any drink or food creation. The sweeter citrus of the lemon garnish bolsters the uplift from the tonic while aligning with the classic dry notes.

Me Hiko White Corn Tortilla Chips with Sea Salt and Lime

Made from freshly baked extra thin white corn tortillas that are sliced into quarters and naturally seasoned with NZ sea salt and lime, Me Hiko makes a mean chip.

With no citrus in the gin itself, the lime and sea salt cut through the bold flavours of the gin well while adding to your quench. The polarising sour citrus notes from the lime work perfectly as opposites attract in this case, making these chips the ultimate bite between sips!
