Blush Summer Citrus Gin is infused with oranges and lemons from sunny Kerikeri and a touch of rhubarb to create a perfect summer gin.
Best kept in a cool, dark place out of direct sunlight. Over time the colour may fade and sedimentation occur.

- 60ml Blush Summer Citrus Gin
- 1 Lemon Half
- 1 Lemon Wedge
- 10ml Sugar Syrup
- Fever-Tree Premium Soda Water
- Ice
Steps
- Pour the gin into a highball glass filled with ice
- Squeeze over and the drop in the lemon half
- Add the sugar syrup and stir thoroughly
- Top up with the soda water
- Garnish with the lemon wedge
