Never Never Triple Juniper Gin

Triple Juniper Gin is a modern Australian classic. Perfect as a gin and tonic, or in all gin cocktails, this is classic London dry gin.

Juniper berries are first steeped in Australian wheat spirit for 24 hours. This steep, along with fresh juniper is then added to the still, before finally, more juniper is added to the vapour basket to capture the fresh and floral juniper character.

By blending the essential oils from herbs that they have gathered from around the Mediterranean shores with highest-quality quinine from the 'fever trees' of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Fever-Tree have created a delicate, floral tonic water.

These all-natural dehydrated lemon slices are a great garnish as they still carry the fruit flavour and they elevate any drink or food creation.
