Ester Dry Gin

Another New Zealand exclusive for The Gin Club and The Liquor Cellar. This striking, multi award-winning, Dry Gin, made using a traditional all-in method of distillation. The recipe takes the clean, juniper-forward profile inspired by a classic London Dry style before layers of their own unique Australian twist, a punch of savoury citrus flavour and the judicious accent of locally grown botanicals.

An unfiltered, exceptionally classy and well-balanced gin for classicists and modernists alike, and a natural for any traditional gin cocktails.

Fever-Tree Refreshingly Light Indian Tonic Water

A bit more citrus forward than the regular version, the light Indian Tonic Water match's Ester Dry Gin's classic bright citrus notes to really make them sing.

Fever-Tree use fruit sugars to develop their lighter tonic water. The blending of subtle botanical flavours with spring water and highest-quality quinine gives it the distinctively clean, crisp character of Indian Tonic Water, but with 46% fewer calories.

Parched Dehydrated Lemon Slices

Sticking with the classic approach for a dry gin lemon has just the right balance of sweet and citrus strength, opposed to the bitterness of lime or sweeter orange.

Parched's all-natural dehydrated lemon rounds still carry the all fruit flavour and are the perfect garnish to elevate any drink. 100% natural and zero added sugar.

Harvest Snaps Wasabi Pea Crisps

The zingy spiciness of the wasabi elevates and amplifies the citrus of the gin, while the crisps' saltiness makes each sip even more thirst quenching.

The delicious crunch of Harvest Snaps' pea crisps is hard to beat – plus they’re full of flavour and guilt-free!

Extras

A wee showcase of how Ester Dry Gin can not only be enjoyed in a G&T, but also in a sweeter cocktail with an extra hit of mandarin, one of the gin's botanicals.

Made using a house-made whole mandarin cordial blended with Ester Dry Gin. The balance brought by using peel in the cordial recipe keeps the drink fragrant and complex and gives it a certain minerality, crisp and layered, like the gin that forms it base. The mandarin used in Ester Dry Gin's recipe means that you get layers and layers of citrus for a lip smacking sweet-sour tang.
