BRAMBLE

 

Ingredients

  • 45ml Gin
  • 15ml Chambord
  • 30ml Lemon Juice
  • 15ml Simple Syrup
  • Lemon Wedge
  • Fresh Blackberries
  • Ice

Steps

  1. Pour the lemon juice, gin, and simple syrup into a shaker with ice along with a handful of blackberries and shake until well chilled
  2. Double strain the contents into a tumbler glass filled with ice
  3. Slowly pour over the chambord
  4. Garnish with the lemon wedge and a blackberry
