Ingredients

  • 60ml Pinot Noir Gin
  • Fever-Tree Refreshingly Light Indian Tonic Water
  • 2 Limes, Halved
  • Lime Wedge
  • Ice

Steps

  1. Pour the gin into a highball glass full of ice cubes
  2. Top up with the tonic water
  3. Squeeze over the lime halves and discard
  4. Garnish with the lime wedge
