CHERRY BLOSSOM

This may be the perfect pink G&T, but it starts off with oranges. A classic gin gives this drink a fruity citrus base, which blends wonderfully with the gentles sweetness of the kirsch. With the tonic's aromatic botanicals of angostura bark, cardamom, and pimento berry, this makes one of the tastiest pairings around. 

Cherry Blossom

Ingredients

  • 60ml Classic Gin
  • Cherry (from a jar)
  • 5ml Kirsch (from cherry jar)
  • Fever-Tree Aromatic Tonic Water
  • Orange Wedge
  • Ice

Steps

  1. Pour the gin into a copa or wine glass filled with ice cubes
  2. Add the cherry and kirsch from the jar
  3. Top up with the tonic water and garnish with the orange wedge

 

WITH A TWIST

Ingredients

  • 40ml Pink Gin
  • 20ml Dry White Vermouth
  • Cherry (from a jar)
  • 5ml Kirsch (from cherry jar)
  • Lemon Half
  • Orange Half
  • Orange Wedge
  • Fever-Tree Aromatic Tonic Water
  • Ice

Steps

  1. Fill a copa or wine glass with ice cubes
  2. Pour in the gin and vermouth
  3. Add the cherry and kirsch
  4. Squeeze over the lemon and orange halves and then drop them in
  5. Top up with the tonic water and garnish with the orange wedge
