- 30ml Gin
- 15ml Elderflower Cordial
- 100ml Prosecco or Sparkling Wine
- 30ml Fever-Tree Elderflower Tonic Water
- Lime Wheel
- Mint Sprig
- Ice
Steps
- Pour the elderflower cordial and gin into a large wine glass filled with ice
- Add the prosecco and tonic water
- Stir gently and then garnish with the lime wheel and mint sprig
