Ingredients

• 60ml Gin
• 30ml Lime Juice
• 15ml Simple Syrup
• Lime Wheel or Lime Peel Twist
• Ice

Steps

1. Pour the gin, lime juice, and simple syrup into a shaker with ice and shake until well chilled
2. Strain into a chilled coupe glass
3. Garnish with the lime wheel or lime peel twist
