GIN FIZZ

Ingredients

  • 60ml Gin
  • 30ml Lemon Juice
  • 20ml Simple Syrup
  • 1 Egg White
  • Fever-Tree Premium Soda Water
  • Lemon Wedge
  • Ice

Steps

  1. Pour the gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white into a shaker and shake for 15 seconds
  2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake until well chilled
  3. Double strain into a chilled highball glass, top up with soda water, and garnish with the lemon wedge
