- 20ml Simple Syrup
- 1 Egg White
- Fever-Tree Premium Soda Water
- Lemon Wedge

Steps
- Pour the gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white into a shaker and shake for 15 seconds
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake until well chilled
- Double strain into a chilled highball glass, top up with soda water, and garnish with the lemon wedge
