- 30ml Peychaud’s Apperitivo
- 120ml Prosecco or Sparkling Wine
- 15ml Soda Water
- Lime Peel Twist
- Ice
Steps
- Pour the prosecco into a large wine glass filled with ice
- Add the Peychaud’s and soda water
- Stir gently and then garnish with the lime peel twist
