RED SNAPPER

Ingredients

  • 60ml Gin
  • 120ml Tomato Juice
  • 15ml Lemon Juice
  • 10ml Simple Syrup
  • 4 Dashes Worcester Sauce
  • 6 Dashes Hot Sauce
  • 2 Pinches Black Pepper
  • 2 Pinches Celery Salt
  • Celery Stalk
  • 2 Lime Wedges
  • Ice

Steps

  1. Mix the pepper and celery salt on a small plate
  2. Rub one of the lime wedges on the rim of a highball glass, then rim it with the salt and pepper mixture, and fill it with ice
  3. Put the gin, tomato juice, lemon juice, Worcester sauce, and hot sauce into a shaker filled with ice and shake until well chilled
  4. Strain into the highball glass
  5. Garnish with the celery stalk and second lime wedge
