Ingredients

  • 60ml Rhubarb Gin
  • Lemon, Halved
  • Fever-Tree Premium Ginger Ale
  • Ice

Steps

  1. Pour the gin into a highball glass filled with ice cubes
  2. Squeeze over the lemon halves and discard
  3. Top up with the ginger ale
