Ingredients

• 60ml Rhubarb Gin
• Fever-Tree Premium Soda Water
• Long Rhubarb Slice
• Ice

Steps

1. Pour the gin into a highball glass filled with ice cubes
2. Top up with the soda water
3. Garnish with the the long slice of rhubarb
