SLOE GIN FIZZ

Ingredients

  • 45ml Gin
  • 30ml Lemon Juice
  • 15ml Simple Syrup
  • Fever-Tree Premium Soda Water
  • Lemon Wedge
  • Ice

Steps

  1. Pour the gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup into a shaker filled with ice and shake until well chilled
  2. Strain into a chilled highball glass filled with ice and top up with soda water
  3. Garnish with the lemon wedge
