Ingredients

  • 50ml Gin
  • Fever-Tree Premium Ginger Ale
  • Cucumber Ribbon or Wheels
  • 2 Strawberries, Quartered
  • Orange Halfmoon
  • Mint Sprig
  • Ice

Steps

  1. Layer the strawberries and cucumber ribbon in a chilled highball glass with ice
  2. Add the gin and top up with Fever-Tree Premium Ginger Ale
  3. Garnish with the orange halfmoon and mint sprig
