Ingredients

  • 60ml Old Tom Gin
  • 1 Lemon Half
  • 1 Lemon Wedge
  • 10ml Sugar Syrup
  • Fever-Tree Premium Soda Water
  • Ice

Steps

  1. Pour the gin into a highball glass filled with ice
  2. Squeeze over and the drop in the lemon half
  3. Add the sugar syrup and stir thoroughly
  4. Top up with the soda water
  5. Garnish with the lemon wedge
