Featuring both local and traditional botanicals, distillers Jo and Dave ensure that the carefully hand-selected a blend of botanicals and spices along with pure New Zealand mountain water sourced from Mt Taranaki.
Complex makrut lime, green spice, and bitter peel on the nose carries through to the palate with additional orange peel, bush honey and a dry finish.
Sparing no lack of attention to detail, Jo & Dave have even added their initials into the label in the form of a heart engraved into the tree in the “O” of Juno.
