There is one prize to be won, which includes 1 x Fever-Tree Bar Blade, 1 x Silicon Giant Ice Cube Tray, 1 x Stainless Steel Mixing Spoon, 1 x Stainless Steel Jigger, 6 x Cocktail Picks, and 6 x Pasabache Karat High Ball Glasses. The prize has a total retail value of $117.94 NZD. The prize may not be exchanged for cash or a product of equivalent value. The prize may not be transferred. Entrants are only eligible to win a single prize.

One entry per person. Only entries made by submitting this form are valid. Employees of Gin Club NZ Limited and their immediate family are not permitted to enter. This prize draw is only open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or older. The address must be a residential address in New Zealand. The winner must be aged 18 years or older to claim the prize.

The winning entry will be randomly drawn. The winner will be notified via email. The Judge's decision is final.

The Whisky Box Launch Competition T&Cs

1. The Promoter is: Gin Club NZ Limited

a) The above mentioned company will be hereafter referred to as the ‘Promoter.

2. Employees of the Promoter or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.

3. The competition is only open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or older.

4. To enter the competition an entrant must purchase a subscription to The Whisky Box from ginclub.nz/theliquorcellar.nz, correctly answer the competition question, and be an active subscriber at the time the competition entrance period closes. Only one entry per person.

a) An Active Subscriber is an entrant who has purchased a subscription to The Whisky Box and has not Paused and Cancelled the subscription at the time the competition entrance period closes. subscribers.

5. The closing date for entry is Saturday November 30th 2024 at 11.59 pm (NZDT). After this date no further entries will be permitted.

a) The Promoter is not responsible for any late, misdirected, or incorrectly completed entries, or any technical malfunction, delay, or loss of data that occurs in the course of the administration of the competition, for whatever reason.

6. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice at their sole discretion. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.

7. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

8. Prizes may not be exchanged for cash or otherwise. Prizes are not transferrable. Prizes are non-refundable. Prizes are subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

9. The Winner(s) will be drawn by a member of the Promoter team. Where there are multiple prizes, entrants are not eligible to win more than one prize. Where the winner(s) is not determined by a random draw, all judging decisions are made at the Promoter’s sole discretion.

10. The Winner(s) will be notified via email within 28 days of the closing date. If a winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

a) The winner(s) must be aged 18 years or older and may be required to provide valid proof of age (NZ Drivers Licence, Passport, or HANS 18+) upon request to claim the prize. If proof is not provided within 7 days of a request, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

11. Prize(s) will be mailed to the address associated with the Winner(s)’s entry or subscription, whichever is applicable to the competition.

12. By submitting their personal information, entrants agree to be contacted by the Promoter and receive emails containing offers and developments that the Promoter thinks may interest you. You will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe on every email that is sent.

13. The winner(s) agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, including but not limited to the Promoter’s official social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, and Pinterest, and websites. Any other personal data relating to the winner(s), or any other entrants, is governed by our Privacy Policy.

14. There is one main prize to be won. The main prize has a total retail value of $543.47 NZD.

15. The Promoter’s decision in respect to all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

16. The Promoter, its employees, and agents will not be liable for any loss or damage in any form in connection with the competition or the prize(s).

17. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, or any other social network. You are providing your information to the Promoter and not to any other party.

18. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their acceptance and agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

19. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by New Zealand law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
