SUBSCRIPTION BOX T&CS
By placing an order for a subscription product (including but not limited to The Gin Club Subscription, The Whisky Box Subscription) the customer agrees to be charged on an ongoing basis on the 1st of the month of each month scheduled based on their set frequency after receiving their first box. This schedule can be edited by the customer, see below for details. If a scheduled automatic charge fails, there will be up to three automatic attempts to process the charge. If the charge fails on the final automatic attempt then the customer will be skipped for that scheduled month's box, see the schedules below for the charge date capture periods for each subscription.

By signing up to a subscription product the customer accepts that they will be sent occasional emails regarding The Liquor Cellar’s subscription products and subscriber benefits, including but not limited to upcoming subscription box features, and subscriber exclusive offers.

Subscriptions can be paused and unpaused at any time by the customer using the subscription management portal. While a subscription is paused, no automatic charges will be processed. There is no fee to pause. There is no minimum time that a customer must be subscribed before pausing. There is no minimum number of boxes a customer must receive before pausing.There is no time limit on how long a subscription can be paused for. There is no limit on how many times a customer can pause or unpause their subscription.

Subscriptions can be cancelled and restarted at any time by the customer using the subscription management portal. When a subscription is cancelled, there will be no further automatic charges. There is no fee to cancel. There is no minimum time that a customer must be subscribed before cancelling. There is no minimum number of boxes a customer must receive before cancelling.

Subscription frequencies can be changed at any time by the customer using the subscription management portal. There is no fee to change frequency. There is no minimum time a customer must be subscribed before changing frequency. There is no minimum number of boxes a customer must receive before changing frequency. When a subscription's frequency is changed this will reset the subscription's schedule based on the new frequency. Customers can only change to one of the offered frequencies: Every 1 month, Every 2 months, and Every 3 months.

Scheduled charges can be skipped at any time by the customer using the subscription management portal. There is no fee to skip a scheduled charge. There is no minimum time that a customer must be subscribed before skipping a scheduled charge. There is no minimum number of boxes that a customer must receive before skipping a scheduled charge.

Subscription charge schedules can be edited at any time by the customer using the subscription management portal. There is no fee edit the schedule. There is no minimum time that a customer must be subscribed before editing the schedule. There is no minimum number of boxes that a customer must receive before editing the schedule. The date that a subscription is charged determines which box the charge is for based on the following schedules:

January Box - December 4th to January 3rd
February Box - January 4th to January 31st
March Box - February 1st to March 3rd
April Box - March 4th to April 2nd
May Box - April 3rd to May 3rd
June Box - May 4th to June 2nd
July Box - June 3rd to July 3rd
August Box - July 4th to August 3rd
September Box - August 4th to September 2nd
October Box - September 3rd to October 3rd
November Box - October 4th to November 2nd
December Box - November 3rd to December 3rd

Each box is fulfilled as soon as possible. Fulfillment for each month's box  only begins after the 1st of the month (standard charge date). The Liquor Cellar aims to have all boxes for a month dispatched within the first 7 business days after the standard charge date (see above).

The Liquor Cellar's standard terms and conditions on refunds and returns apply to subscriptions. These can be found here. This includes any scheduled automatic charges that have been processed.

Offer only applies to new Gin Club Box subscriptions. Offer not available to customers who have a cancelled or paused Gin Club Box subscription. Offer does not apply to unpausing or resuming a paused or cancelled subscription. Cannot be combined with any other sign up offer for The Gin Club Subscription Box.
