Ingredients
- 45ml Gin
- 15ml Passion Fruit Liqueur
- 30ml Passion Fruit Puree
- 15ml Fresh Lime Juice
- 15ml Vanilla Simple Syrup
- 60ml Chilled Prosecco
- Passion Fruit Half
- Ice
Steps
- Pour all the ingredients except the prosecco and passion fruit half into a shaker with ice and shake until well chilled
- Double strain the contents into a chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with the passion fruit half
- Pour the prosecco into a shot glass to then top up the coupe glass
