• 45ml Gin
  • 15ml Passion Fruit Liqueur
  • 30ml Passion Fruit Puree
  • 15ml Fresh Lime Juice
  • 15ml Vanilla Simple Syrup
  • 60ml Chilled Prosecco
  • Passion Fruit Half
  • Ice


  1. Pour all the ingredients except the prosecco and passion fruit half into a shaker with ice and shake until well chilled
  2. Double strain the contents into a chilled coupe glass
  3. Garnish with the passion fruit half
  4. Pour the prosecco into a shot glass to then top up the coupe glass
