Broken Heart Spirits

Born from the memory of a beloved life lost, Broken Heart Spirits was begun by Joerg and Bernd in 2012 before Bernd passed away suddenly.

They endeavour to create gin that captures the glory days of the two Germans' friendship that began in the South Island over their mutual appreciation for creating fine spirits.

Water from Paradise in the Mt. Aspiring National Park is used for its purity, while they are driving towards sustainable production with their 'Bottle for Life' concept and partnering with Trees that Count.
