Standing in the quiet farming locality of Eureka between Hamilton and Morrinsville, Holland Road Distillery take their image and inspiration from 17th Century plague doctors who used various botanicals and herbal lore in their healing practices.

They use botanicals that have long been used for their protective qualities to make their gins along with locally produced organic teas, wines, honeys, and fruits.
