centre, Prohibition Liquor Co. was started by a couple of local lads with the dream of creating a world-class neat-drinking gin and takes their name from Australia’s period of prohibition and keeping the spirit of its bootleggers alive. They combine that spirit with an artisan philosophy and focus on using fine botanicals to make premium products.
