Agatha’s Tears Dark Gin celebrates the first of the Waikino Hotel’s resident spirits, a former madam of the house who still wanders the halls, and is infused with butterfly pea flower which gives it a dark blue colour that turns light pink when mixed with tonic.
Botanicals: Juniper, Coriander Seed, Cardamom, Cubeb Pepper, Cinnamon, Angelica Root, Ginger & Butterfly Pea Flower
Serving Suggestion: Enjoy with Fever-Tree Aromatic Tonic Water and a slice of orange.
