Four Pillars Olive Leaf Gin
Four Pillars Olive Leaf Gin
ABV: 43.8%
Origin: Healesville, Victoria
Two Four Pillars Cocktail Sticks with every bottle purchased while stocks last.
A decidedly savoury gin from Four Pillars Distillery. Inspired by a visit to the Cobram Estate (makers of top-notch olive oil) during the olive harvest, this expression incorporates both olive leaf tea and olive oil as botanicals, as well as a host of herbs like rosemary, bay leaf, coriander, and more. There's also a helping of lemon and grapefruit in there too, but the focus here is most definitely the gin's savoury elements.
Botanicals: Juniper, Olive Leaf Tea, Lemon, Bay Leaf, Olive Oil, Macadamia, Rosemary, Grapefruit Peel, Coriander Seed, Lavender & Orris Root
Serving Suggestion: Enjoy with Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water and a slice of lemon.
