Single shot distilled in the London Dry style in a copper still, off grid, using as many locally sourced botanicals as possible to reflect the unique terroir of Great Barrier Island, including mānuka and bush honey.
The award-winning bottle design reflects a kina shell and are all made in New Zealand using a sustainable glass production.
Botanicals: Juniper, Coriander Seed, Mānuka Bush Honey, Lemon Myrtle, Angelica Root, Ginger & Tarragon
Serving Suggestion: Enjoy with Fever-Tree Refreshingly Light Mediterranean Tonic Water and a slice of blood orange.

- Pour the Campari, gin, and vermouth into a tumbler filled with ice cubes
