Born on the edge of Sydney where the city meets The Devil's Wilderness in the Blue Mountains National Park, Karu source as many ingredients as they can locally.
With highlight botanicals of vanilla, pomegranate, and juniper, Affinity has received numerous gold awards for its contemporary style at prestigious shows around the world. Including at IWSC, San Francisco World Spirits Competition, Sip Awards, and Australian Gin Awards.

Ingredients
- 60ml Karu Affinity Gin
- 1 Lemon Half
- 1 Lemon Wedge
- 10ml Sugar Syrup
- Fever-Tree Premium Soda Water
- Ice
Steps
- Pour the gin into a highball glass filled with ice
- Squeeze over and the drop in the lemon half
- Add the sugar syrup and stir thoroughly
- Top up with the soda water
- Garnish with the lemon wedge
