It's not a classic London dry gin, but No8's vision of what a NZ dry gin can be - smooth, bushy, and dry.

- 10ml Dry Vermouth
- 1-2 Olives or Lemon Peel Twist
- Ice
Steps
- Pour the gin and vermouth into a shaker filled with ice and shake until well chilled
- Strain into a chilled martini glass
- Garnish with the olives on a skewer or the lemon peel
