NZ Gin Day's 2023 Souvenir Gin is a collaboration made by 1919 Distilling featuring Dr Beak, Juno Gin, Kiwi Spirit Distillery, The National Distillery Company, Reefton Distilling Co., Sandymount Distillery, Roots Dry Gin, and Victor Gin.
Each distillery involved selected a botanical to be used and after several trials had something they are bloody proud of.
