Ingredients

  • 45ml Peddlers Gin Co. Shanghai Gin
  • 30ml Lillet Blanc
  • 15ml Gentian Liqueur
  • Grapefruit Peel Twist
  • Ice

Steps

  1. Pour the gin, Lillet, and Suze into a mixing glass filled with ice and stir gently until well chilled
  2. Strain into a chilled lowball tumbler filled with ice
  3. Garnish with the grapefruit peel twist
