  • February Box - January 19th to February 14th (15th in a Leap Year)
  • March Box - February 15th (16th in a Leap Year) to March 18th

  • June Box - May 19th to June 17th
  • July Box - June 18th to July 18th
  • August Box - July 19th to August 18th

These date ranges are the sign up period to receive the stated box i.e. if you sign up on January 19th, your first box will be delivered in February.

Who are Parasol & Company?

Parasol & Company are an award-winning professional catering provider for events and experiences through creative cocktails and world class hospitality.

They have several venues across Auckland, including the effervescent Parasol & Swing. A rooftop cocktail bar and late night eatery in Auckland's Viaduct.

When will I receive my box?

Each box is sent out in the first week of each month. Your first month is determined by the sign up cutoffs which you can see above.

Once dispatched, the average delivery time depends on where it's going:

Auckland - 1-2 Working Days

North Island - 1-3 Working Days

South Island - 3-5 Working Days

Note: If your delivery address is rural then it is typically an additional 1-3 working days to your region's average time.

It may also take longer to arrive than normal during peak periods like Christmas.

Are there any extra fees?

No, the only cost is for each box you are sent.

There are no fees for changing your frequency, pausing, cancelling, or anything like that.

The only time you will be charged is for receiving a box.

No, there is no minimum sign up period or number of boxes. You can pause or cancel your subscription whenever you like at no cost.

Can I change how I often I get a box?

Yes, you can change your frequency by logging into your account and navigating to your subscription.

Yes, you can pause or restart your subscription at any time and as often as you like by logging into your account and navigating to your subscription.

Boxes are charged on the first of each month, so you will need to pause before the month you are next due to not be charged.

Can I return a box?

If a product is faulty you can return it, but not if you've changed your mind. Please see our returns and refund policy for more details.

Can I track my box's delivery?

Yes, you will receive a tracking link at the email address you entered when signing up every time you are sent a box.

We'll send your sign up gift out when we send out your first box or when it is in stock.
