Reid + Reid Reverend Dawson's Gin is named after one of New Zealand's leading prohibitionists, who also happens to be the great, great grandfather of Stewart and Chris Reid.
Reverend John Dawson was the General Secretary of the N.Z. Alliance from 1909-1925. During this period Dawson became widely known because of his assiduous parliamentary lobbying and campaigning in favour of total prohibition.
This gin is distilled in a copper pot still using the ‘one shot’ method to produce a classic dry gin focusing on juniper and citrus flavours.
Botanicals: Juniper, Coriander Seed, Angelica Root, Orris Root, Fennel Seed, Cassia, Orange & Grapefruit
Serving Suggestion: Enjoy with Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water and a slice of orange.

- 60ml Reid + Reid Rev. Dawson Gin
- 1 Lemon Half
- 1 Lemon Wedge
- 10ml Sugar Syrup
- Fever-Tree Premium Soda Water
- Ice
Steps
- Pour the gin into a highball glass filled with ice
- Squeeze over and the drop in the lemon half
- Add the sugar syrup and stir thoroughly
- Top up with the soda water
- Garnish with the lemon wedge
