A classic juniper forward London Dry gin supported by the signature Roots botanicals of grapefruit, hops, and native kawakawa is used as the base for Roots Rosso.

Aromatic angelica and orris roots have also been added alongside Marlborough Pinot Noir, harvested from biodynamically certified grapes.
