
Ingredients
- 30ml Gin
- 15ml Simple Syrup
- 15ml Lime Juice
- 100ml Prosecco or Sparkling Wine
- Fever-Tree Premium Soda Water
- 6 Cucumber Slices
- 2 Cucumber Ribbons
- 2 Mint Sprigs
- Ice
Steps
- Muddle the cucumber slices and one of the mint sprigs in a shaker
- Add the gin, simple syrup, and lime juice, fill with ice and shake until well chilled
- Strain into a chilled highball tumbler or wine glass filled with ice cubes
- Top up with the prosecco and a dash of soda water
- Stir gently and then garnish with the cucumber ribbons and other mint sprig
