Chemistry Gin

A labour of love launched in 2022 by two women, Dr Marie van Drimmelen and Laura Bruce, Chemistry Gin is the fulfilment of a long-held dream and the flagship product of the Karori Drinks Company.

They explore sustainably sourced botanicals at a molecular level, using Marie’s skills as a medical biochemist, to bring out their flavours and balance, and support the next generation of women in STEM by donating $2 from every bottle sold.
