A stone’s throw from the Coromandel Forest Park and the Kauaeranga Valley where they source their water and several botanicals, Coromandel Distilling Co. began in 2017 and produce boutique gins using a custom 150L, German-made CARL still and premium sugarcane base spirit.

Awildian is an Old English word that means “the refusal to be tamed”, representing the wild Coromandel and their untamed approach to distilling.

With an ethos of environmental and social responsibility, they are members of 1% for the Planet and give 1% of their revenue to conservation of the wilderness that they benefit from.
