Elsewhere Gin

Named for how the founders, Mark and Zoe, create their gins from Aotearoa’s amazing places, Elsewhere Gin has a philosophy of expressing the remote areas where they holiday, like a terroir.

They combine their collective experience in winemaking and design, foraging and using the local botanicals of each area to determine the style of the gins which are made in a 250L Holstein German still and 100L copper alembic still.

Their bottle design is originally from France from the production of the spirit Eau de Vie with limited plastic and ink in the packaging to improve recyclability.
