Ingredients

  • 45ml Rifters Quartz Gin
  • 15ml Cointreau
  • Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water
  • Long Twist of Orange Peel
  • Small Rosemary Sprig
  • Ice

Steps

  1. Pour the gin into a copa or wine glass over ice cubes
  2. Add the Cointreau
  3. Top up with the tonic water
  4. Squeeze the oils from the twist of orange peel over then drop it into the glass
  5. Garnish with the rosemary sprig
