New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc is famous for its bursting passionfruit, lime, and green apple flavours. Through the use of a state-of-art distillation technique, this gin is made from vacuum distilled wine which is blended with Dancing Sands' original Dry Gin.
Botanicals: Juniper, Mānuka Leaf, Coriander Seed, Cardamom Seed, Black Peppercorn, Liquorice Root, Angelica Root & Almond (vacuum distilled Sauvignon Blanc)
Serving Suggestion: Enjoy with Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water and a slice of lime.

- 60ml Dancing Sands Sauvignon Blanc Gin
- 1 Lemon Half
- 1 Lemon Wedge
- 10ml Sugar Syrup
- Fever-Tree Premium Soda Water
- Ice
Steps
- Pour the gin into a highball glass filled with ice
- Squeeze over and the drop in the lemon half
- Add the sugar syrup and stir thoroughly
- Top up with the soda water
- Garnish with the lemon wedge
