Made using 12 botanicals in a combination of maceration and vapour infusion with 50,000-year-old water from an artesian aquifer in the Coromandel Ranges and gold flakes resulting in a pale golden colour.
Eliza’s Claim Gold Gin is inspired by the region’s gold mining history and named for Eliza Earl and the Eliza Mine.
Botanicals: Juniper, Angelica Root, Orris Root, Lemon Zest, Coriander Seed, Liquorice Root, Cinnamon, Rosemary, Mānuka Honey, Ginger, Grains of Paradise & Black Pepper
Serving Suggestion: Enjoy with Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water and a sprig of rosemary.

- 60ml Eliza's Claim Gold Gin
- 1 Lemon Half
- 1 Lemon Wedge
- 10ml Sugar Syrup
- Fever-Tree Premium Soda Water
- Ice
Steps
- Pour the gin into a highball glass filled with ice
- Squeeze over and the drop in the lemon half
- Add the sugar syrup and stir thoroughly
- Top up with the soda water
- Garnish with the lemon wedge
