Ingredients

  • 60ml Dr Beak Premium Gin
  • Lemon Wedge
  • Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water
  • Mint Leaves
  • Mint Sprig
  • Thyme Sprig
  • Ice

Steps

  1. Pour the gin into a copa or large wine glass filled with ice cubes
