RASPBERRY GIN MOJITO

Ingredients

  • 60ml batch10 New Zealand Dry Gin
  • 10 Mint Leaves
  • Mint Sprig
  • Lemon Wedge
  • 3 Fresh Raspberries
  • Fever-Tree Premium Lemonade
  • Ice

Steps

  1. Tear the mint leaves gently and place them in the bottom of a highball glass
  2. Squeeze over and then drop in the lemon wedge
  3. Add two of the raspberries, then pour over the gin
  4. Fill the glass with ice cubes
  5. Stir gently to mix well
  6. Top up with the lemonade
  7. Garnish with the mint sprig and last raspberry
