For this gin local botanicals were foraged from the area around Glendalough and were combined with traditional gin aromatics before being distilled together in the company's small copper still.
Botanicals: Juniper, Coriander Seed, Lemon Peel, Angelica Root, Liquorice Root, Bitter Almond, Orris Root, Darred Malt, Cinnamon, Ginger, All Spice, Elderflower, Lemon Balm, Pine Shoot, Blackberry Flower, Blackberry Leaf, Orange Blossom, Hop Flower, Wild Rose, Wild Raspberry, Wild Raspberry Leaf, Clover Flower, Meadowsweet & Fraughan Berry
