This is a recipe inspired by the diversity of Gracias a Dios' land: Oaxaca. They use their GAD agave spirit as the base, then macerate the 8 botanicals, 7 of which are from Oaxaca, and then make a triple distillation. This is a gin made with local ingredients as a homage to the diversity of their region.
