This is a recipe inspired by Old Tom gin, but with a Oaxaca twist. Made with a Gracias a Dios agave spirit as a base, macerated and distilled with 8 botanicals. They then age it in oak barrels for 3 months and add agave espadín juice to give it a sweet touch.

Ingredients
- 60ml Gracias a Dios Old Tom Agave Gin
- 1 Lemon Half
- 1 Lemon Wedge
- 10ml Sugar Syrup
- Fever-Tree Premium Soda Water
- Ice
Steps
- Pour the gin into a highball glass filled with ice
- Squeeze over and the drop in the lemon half
- Add the sugar syrup and stir thoroughly
- Top up with the soda water
- Garnish with the lemon wedge
