East Block 200 Gin is an unconventional interpretation of a London Dry named for the location of their tasting room and made with 10 organic botanicals, of which eight from Hawke’s Bay.
Batch distilled in a 150L Arnold Holstein still and cut to strength with Kaweka spring water.
Botanicals: Juniper, Coriander Seed, Angelica Root, Orange Peel, Lemon Peel, Makrut Lime Peel, Cassia Bark, Feijoa Leaf, Bay Leaf & Lavender
Serving Suggestion: Enjoy with Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water and a slice of orange.

- 30ml Lime Juice
- 15ml Simple Syrup
- Lime Wheel or Lime Peel Twist
- Ice
Steps
- Pour the gin, lime juice, and simple syrup into a shaker with ice and shake until well chilled
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with the lime wheel or lime peel twist
