This organic, small batch, craft gin resulted from distiller Paul Messenger’s experimentations combining butterfly pea flower with modern Australian flavours in 2012.
Its curious deep indigo hue mixes to blush pink with the addition of tonic, sparking conversation wherever it pours.
The colour of Ink Dry Gin is 100% natural, with no artificial stabilisers. Organic colours fade over time. Enjoy your bottle sooner rather than later.

Steps
- Pour the gin into a copa or wine glass over ice cubes
- Top up with the tonic water
- Garnish with the orange wedge and lemon wedge
