Knocknaveagh Cambridge Dry Gin
Knocknaveagh Cambridge Dry Gin
ABV: 41.0%
Size: 700 mL
Origin: Cambridge, Waikato
The Cambridge Distillery wanted to make a gin that reminded them of their town. A spirit that could have only come from Cambridge, New Zealand.
To achieve this they combined classic botanicals of juniper, coriander, and angelica in modern ways to take your palate on a journey from place to place whilst still invoking the past.
Botanicals: Juniper, Coriander Seed, Angelica Root, Cardamom, Grapefruit, Chamomile, Black Peppercorn & Douglas Fir
Serving Suggestion: Enjoy with Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water and a slice of orange.
