A triple distilled gin made using the essential oils from their own commercial fields of 'Pacific Blue' English lavender (Angustifolia) which is hand harvested and extracted on their farm in Riverhead.
Botanicals: Juniper, Coriander Seed, Cassia, Angelica Root, Nutmeg, Citrus Peel, Tangerine, Orris Root, Star Anise, Anise, Lemon, Orange, Cardamom & English Lavender
Serving Suggestion: Enjoy with Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water and a slice of lemon.

- 10ml Creme de Violette
- 15ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- Brandied Cherry
- Ice

- Pour all the gin, maraschino liqueur, creme de violette, and lemon juice into a shaker with ice and shake until well chilled
- Strain the contents into a chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with the brandied cherry
