BARREL AGED RUM OLD FASHIONED

Ingredients

  • 60ml Lunatic & Lover Barrel Aged Botanical Rum
  • 1 Teaspoon Simple Syrup
  • 2 Dashes of Bitters
  • Orange Peel
  • Ice

Steps

  1. Add the bitters, simple syrup, and rum to a mixing glass
  2. Add ice and stir until chilled and diluted
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass or tumbler with ice
  4. Squeeze the oils from the twist of orange peel over then drop it into the glass
